One of Ireland’s fastest rising young comedians, Joanne’s distinctive voice is any advertisers dream VO – she’s young, confident, is millennial suburban Dublin twentysomething personified – with an edge of self-deprecating humour and a real charm in her strong and deep hued voice, Joanne speaks directly to and still subtly subverts her own peer group at the same time – just the ticket for that magic advertisers demographic!!

Joanne is Ireland’s newest and fastest rising comedy star. Her TV credits include co-host on RTE’s Republic Of Telly, starred in RTE2’s The Commute, ‘Quiz Master’ on Dr. Pixie’s Sex Clinic, the Late Late, the Ray D’Arcy Show, The Des Bishop Show and The Tommy Tiernan Show. She has her own tongue in cheek Agony aunt slot on RTE 2fm’s Chris and Ciara Show as well as a weekly slot called ‘Mack The Week’ on the Eoghan McDermot Show. She contributes to the Irish Times, The Irish Independent and has her own monthly column in Stellar Magazine. She has co-written and performed in two stage shows ‘Singlehood’ and ‘Separated at Birth’ and wrote her own woman show ‘Bite Me’ which was nominated for Best Performance, Best Production and the First Fortnight Award.

She has been a featured performer at all the big comedy festivals incl Kilkenny Cat Laughs, The Vodafone Comedy Festival, the Vodafone Comedy Carnival, Body & Soul, Jestfest and the Bray Comedy Festival. Joanne was a semi finalist in So You Think You’re Funny & Funny Women. She has supported PJ Gallagher, Stewart Francis, Al Porter, Jason Manford and Sean Walsh.
