Kate is a graduate of the Gaiety School of Acting. Theatre credits include: Gym Swim Party (Dublin Fringe), Theatre for One (Cork’s Midsummer Festival), Light a Penny Candle (Gaiety), The Snapper, ASSASSINS and The Great Gatsby (Gate Theatre), The Train (Rough Magic Theatre Company), Town is Dead (Nominated for Best Supporting Actress at Irish Times Irish Theatre Awards; Abbey Theatre), The Dead (Performance Corporation), Little Gem (Breda Cashe Productions), Breathless (Winner of Best Supporting Actress at Irish Times Irish Theatre Awards), Petals (Theatre Upstairs).
Kate is also a writer and her one woman show The Wickedness of Oz was a Show in a Bag at Tiger Dublin Fringe in 2016. It won the Writers’ Guild ZeBBie Award it’s Radio verision on RTE Radio One. She also wrote and performed in A Picture of Us: A (sort of) Musical at Theatre Upstairs and Homebirds (Scene and Heard Festival @ Smock Alley)
Film/TV credits include: Striking Out and Fair City (RTE), A Nation Holds It’s Breath (Weinstein Company) and Legend of Longwood (Grand Pictures).
